We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to our vendors. You will work closely with the finance team to maintain financial records and support month-end closing procedures. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounts payable and is proficient in ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage accounts payable transactions
• Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Maintain and update financial records
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Assist in month-end closing procedures
• Support audits and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in accounts payable role (minimum 2 years)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
