- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports accurately
- Manage payment cycles, including ACH/wire transfers and check processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial documents
- Collaborate with procurement and departments on invoice approvals
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Assist with internal audits and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and AP workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous internship or coursework in accounting preferred
