Responsibilities
- Verify and code invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company financial policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or queries in a timely manner.
- Process weekly payments via bank transfer and maintain accurate payment logs.
- Manage the AP inbox, ensuring all vendor inquiries are addressed within 24 hours.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and preparation of financial reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and ensure efficient cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general Finance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is essential.
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or SAP is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet strict weekly deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication skills and a professional attitude.
