Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper coding.
- Enter and maintain vendor data, addresses, and banking information into our ERP system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any payment discrepancies or queries.
- Prepare and issue monthly payments via ACH and checks.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and generate financial reports.
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status and billing issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus).
- Basic computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn new software and financial processes.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
