Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and coding before payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Perform high-volume data entry into our accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite).
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding invoice questions and payment schedules.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and prepare necessary financial reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is highly preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
