Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process bi-weekly payroll with weekly distribution option
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of payroll processing cycles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) a significant plus
