Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial packages for management review.
- Maintain and update the general ledger using advanced accounting software.
- Support the tax preparation process by gathering necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience is required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage software is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
