Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger accounting operations and ensure accuracy.
- Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations and credit card audits.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and financial audits.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal controls and financial processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet weekly payroll deadlines accurately.
