Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and reconcile monthly financial statements
- Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement with weekly pay cycles
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and optimize working capital
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
