Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with weekly reconciliation
- Process payroll with weekly payment cycles
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and tax regulations
- Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Optimize financial processes using Xero/Sage software
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in UK accounting practice
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTables
- Weekly payroll processing expertise
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with Xero/Sage/QuickBooks
- UK tax compliance knowledge
