Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with weekend-specific reporting deadlines
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes during off-peak business hours
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure financial data integrity and continuity
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) to maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct weekend audits and compliance checks for regulatory adherence
- Support tax preparation and documentation processes as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proven ability to work independently during non-traditional hours
