Responsibilities
- Execute weekend financial reconciliations and journal entries
- Process accounts payable/receivable during off-peak hours
- Prepare weekend payroll batches and tax filings
- Conduct month-end closing procedures on Saturdays
- Generate weekend financial reports for executive review
- Coordinate with weekday team for seamless operations
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proven weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
