- Conduct audits of expense reports and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with tax preparation team during quarterly filing periods
- Maintain digital accounting records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Support cross-departmental financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management skills
- Experience with financial audits and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Spanish (bilingual preferred for San Antonio market)
