Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with weekend-specific transaction cycles
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements during weekend work periods
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Conduct weekend-specific audits and variance analyses
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Support month-end closing processes with weekend-focused reconciliations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for weekend financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and weekend accounting protocols
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently in weekend-focused environments
