Responsibilities

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with remote team members across North Carolina
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun 6AM-2PM)
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with multi-state operations
