Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial statements and variance reports
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures with accuracy
- Coordinate weekend payroll processing and tax compliance
- Implement weekend audit procedures and internal controls
- Support weekend tax filing and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with weekday finance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven experience with weekend or shift-based accounting
