Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements for weekend operations
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with weekend month-end closing procedures
- Implement and maintain weekend financial controls and documentation
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial handoffs
- Ensure weekend compliance with GAAP and internal policies
- Support weekend audits and financial reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
