Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Handle weekend-specific accounting tasks and reporting
- Collaborate with the finance team during weekdays as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Weekend availability is required (Saturday and/or Sunday)
