Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with weekend-specific deadlines
- Conduct weekend audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with weekday teams to maintain seamless financial workflows
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for weekend reporting and data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to numerical accuracy
- Valid Oregon CPA license preferred but not required
