Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and examine financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure all tax filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate time tracking and benefits administration.
- Conduct regular financial audits and internal controls reviews.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
