Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis to ensure strict compliance with GAAP standards.
- Process payroll and manage general ledger entries during off-hours operations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and budget forecasts.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to maintain accurate digital records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
