Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processing with strict accuracy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger variance analysis.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Process payroll and handle time-off requests for the night team.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Availability to work rotating Night Shift schedules (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CPA certification is a plus but not required.
