Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekly invoices with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and match Purchase Orders (POs) to invoices to ensure strict compliance.
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and answer inquiries regarding billing status.
- Prepare and post weekly batch payments via ACH or wire transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Assist in month-end close processes for the AP department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of transactions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) in New York, NY.
