Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume vendor invoices for weekend payment batches.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Manage vendor inquiries and maintain accurate vendor master data in SAP.
- Review and approve expense reports submitted during the weekend period.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies.
- Assist in the month-end close process by preparing weekend-specific journal entries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (rotating or fixed schedule).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
