Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, ensuring they comply with company policies and purchase orders.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors via ACH, wire transfer, or check, adhering to payment terms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the accounting system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in the month-end close process by preparing accruals and adjusting entries.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines during weekend shifts.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
