Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks accurately and timely.
- Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and post journal entries for monthly financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and accurately during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
