Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance filings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy.
- Provide financial data support to management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all accounting procedures comply with local and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
