Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including reconciliations and journal entries during night shift hours
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance for after-hour operations
- Generate financial reports and variance analyses for executive review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with strict deadline adherence
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy initiatives
- Support audit preparations and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Indiana tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
