Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger
- Process and record journal entries with precise attention to detail
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Support audit requirements by maintaining organized documentation
- Collaborate with day-time finance teams for seamless workflow
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable cycles and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-volume environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance beneficial
