Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Support the annual audit process and ensure full compliance with GAAP.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursements.
- Assist in tax preparation and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
