Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with precision.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and monthly statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct audits and internal financial reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) required.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
