Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures during the night cycle.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in payroll processing and tax preparation support.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Generate financial reports and analyze data for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a night shift role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
