Responsibilities

- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Implement and maintain accounting software systems (QuickBooks/Excel)
- Conduct audits and identify financial discrepancies
- Assist with budget forecasting and expense tracking
- Generate monthly financial reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills

- Valid Arizona CPA license or working towards certification
