Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and perform detailed reconciliation reports.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual tax documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts with internal ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll efficiently and accurately to ensure all employees receive their daily pay as scheduled.
- Provide financial analysis and budgeting support to assist management in strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with superior organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle high-volume transaction processing.
