What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis for key clients.
- Process payroll entries and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to streamline financial workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
