Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll weekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly reports
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly
- Support year-end processing and audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with weekly pay cycles
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll system expertise
- Proficiency in multi-state tax laws and labor regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
