Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis or underwriting experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Bloomberg)
- Strong knowledge of FICO scoring and credit risk metrics
- Certification (CRCM/CCE) preferred
