Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with client goals, retirement objectives, and risk tolerance
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through strategic investment management and relationship cultivation
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and market analysis to optimize client outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated financial solutions including tax planning and estate strategies
- Stay current with financial regulations, market trends, and industry best practices
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction metrics
- Leverage CRM systems to track client interactions and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CFP preferred)
- Active Series 7, 66 (or 63/65) and state insurance licenses
- Minimum 3 years of financial advisory experience with proven client acquisition track record
- Expertise in investment portfolio management, retirement planning, and risk assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with financial planning software
- Valid Oregon securities registration and clean FINRA record
- Demonstrated ability to build trust-based client relationships in Portland's diverse market
