Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and account openings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries efficiently.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile daily transactions.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Assist with branch operations, such as lobby management and mail processing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
