Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records daily
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and compliance regulations
- Assist with ATM maintenance and branch operational tasks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Previous banking or financial services experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check and credit screening
