Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) using bank-provided equipment
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service while promoting bank products/services
- Operate bank-issued computer systems for transaction processing
- Assist with vault operations and cash management protocols
- Adhere to security procedures for bank-provided equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with bank-provided technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided support equipment
- Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities
