Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage time and attendance systems with biometric clock integration
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and year-end reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and 401(k) processing
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and audits
- Maintain confidential employee records with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or proven expertise in ADP Workforce Now
- Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- Familiarity with Kentucky payroll tax laws and FLSA requirements
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
