Role Overview
In this role, you will manage the financial records of our diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. We are looking for a team player who is proactive, organized, and ready to make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with high accuracy.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, including reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory reports in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and quarterly tax filings.
- Process payroll functions and ensure all payroll data is accurate and timely.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
