Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans, including retirement and investment strategies.
- Monitor market trends and recommend portfolio adjustments to align with client goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory compliance and internal policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven track record in financial sales and client relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
