Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis or underwriting experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and credit risk assessment tools
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and credit evaluation methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CRCM, CFA, or similar) preferred
