Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to executive leadership
- Lead budgeting and planning cycles across multiple business units
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses and KPI dashboards for operational optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving process improvements in finance operations
