Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support high-level business decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and insight.
- Develop complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to predict future performance.
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, executive summaries, and board decks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategic improvements to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and translate them into actionable financial insights.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and research to support special projects and due diligence efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis or a related role within the finance sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and financial modeling) and financial software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
