Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis and financial forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with GAAP and internal control policies.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and strategic planning cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with financial modeling and budgeting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a strong plus.
