Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of loan applications, financial statements, and business plans to determine credit risk.
- Develop and maintain credit scoring models and underwriting guidelines.
- Prepare detailed credit memos and recommendations for lending decisions.
- Monitor and manage existing credit accounts to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and lending teams to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in credit analysis or commercial lending.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
