Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for high-net-worth clients
- Lead weekend audit procedures ensuring SOX compliance
- Coordinate with offshore teams for seamless financial reporting
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Oracle Financials
- Maintain internal controls for multi-state operations
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives during handover
- Train junior staff on weekend accounting protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA license
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday-Sunday 8AM-5PM)
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Certification in forensic accounting preferred
- Proven track record in process optimization
